When you submit a quote request, contact form or launch-notification signup, we collect the details you provide: name, company, phone, WhatsApp number, email, city, your request configuration (fabrics, services, quantities, uploaded artwork) and any notes. Your quote basket is stored in your own browser (localStorage) until you submit or clear it.
2. How We Use It
We use this information solely to respond to your inquiry, prepare quotations, manage orders and communicate with you on your preferred channel. We do not sell your data or use it for third-party advertising.
3. Where It Goes
Submissions are delivered to our team by email and WhatsApp notification, and stored in our order-inquiry database. Service providers involved in that delivery (hosting, database, email and WhatsApp messaging providers) process the data on our behalf.
4. Artwork Files
Uploaded print artwork is used only to understand and quote your job. We treat client designs as confidential and do not share them outside the production process.
5. Retention & Your Rights
We keep inquiry records as long as needed for business and legal purposes. You can ask us to correct or delete your information at any time by emailing ozainfabrics1988@gmail.com.
6. Cookies & Analytics
This site does not use advertising cookies. If we add analytics in future, they will be limited to aggregate, privacy-respecting measurement of how the site is used — never the sale of your data.
